Menstrual Cycle Awareness
I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Rosannah for a conversation that felt deeply aligned with everything Align Don't Hustle stands for. We share a belief that our bodies are not problems to be solved or systems to be overridden—they are wise, ever-changing and worthy of our attention. Rather than expecting ourselves to operate at the same pace every day, cyclical living invites us to recognise and work with the natural rhythms of our bodies.
Rosannah is a Menstrual Cycle Coach, Educator & Artist who guides you to release shame and pain around menstruation so that you can reconnect with your natural cycle and feel confident, creative and free. She facilitates circles, workshops, retreats and coaching centred around menstrual cycles, womb healing, creativity and seasonal living. In this podcast we speak about all things menstrual cycles, cyclical awareness, and some of the stigmas that are sometimes attached to that.
In this conversation, Rosannah shares her knowledge of menstrual cycle awareness, exploring how understanding the different phases of your cycle can help you cultivate greater self-awareness, self-compassion and confidence. We also talk about some of the myths and stigma that still surround menstruation, and how reconnecting with our cycles can be a powerful step towards reclaiming our wellbeing, creativity and sense of self.
As a Menstrual Cycle Coach, Educator and Artist, Rosannah guides women to release shame and pain around menstruation so they can reconnect with their natural cycle and feel more confident, creative and free. Through circles, workshops, retreats and coaching, she creates spaces for women to deepen their understanding of cyclical living, womb wellbeing, creativity and seasonal rhythms.
For me, this conversation is about more than menstrual health, it's about learning to listen. Just as somatic practices encourage us to tune into the messages of the body through sensation, cyclical awareness invites us to notice the changing patterns of our energy, emotions and needs throughout the month. Together, they offer a gentle reminder that our bodies are constantly communicating with us when we create the space to listen.
This is the heart of Align Don't Hustle. Instead of pushing through exhaustion or striving to meet the same expectations every day, we can begin to honour our body's changing rhythms with curiosity and compassion. There is no perfect way to live cyclically or practise somatic awareness. It starts with one simple question: What is my body asking of me today? I hope this conversation encourages you to explore that question for yourself and discover what becomes possible when you choose alignment over hustle.
