How to work with me

    How I work now

    I’m moving away from fixed coaching packages. Life isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is the way I coach. Instead, I offer session by coaching or monthly retainer coaching, on a sliding scale.

    Why? Because I work with people across many different industries, at different stages of life and business, and I want my coaching to be as financial accessible as possible while also honouring the expertise, energy and care I bring.

    You’ll have two options — both are Pay What You Can. It’s an honest way to ensure both of our needs are met.

    Not sure what to pay? Let’s have the money chat (it doesn’t have to be awkward). We’ll figure it out together. Once we agree on a fee, I’ll send you an invoice — you can pay anytime before your first session.

    We can also re-contract at any point if your circumstances or needs shift.

    This is about creating space for you to slow down, reflect and realign — in a way that feels sustainable for us both.

  • Session by session | Monthly Retainer

    🌿 Coaching — session by session

    We’ll start with a short 30 minute connecting call to see if we are aligned.

    If we decide to continue, you will let me know what you would like to pay and I will send you an invoice, before our first virtual session at a pre-agreed time.

    I recommend a minimum of three 60-minute sessions.

    People tend to pay around £75 per session, so far payments have ranged from £20 to £110.

    🌱 Monthly retainer — partnership support

    This is for those wanting more regular coaching, deeper work and presence in their journey.

    We will meet virtually (or in person where possible) every week or fortnight, and I’m available in-between via email or instant messaging.

    You’re not tied into a long-term commitment. We can pause, pivot, or stop whenever needed.

    People tend to pay around £480/month for this support, though payments have ranged from £220 to £750/month.

Footprints represent where you've been and how your system has adapted. Here, we explore patterns, nervous system states, and your personal history, helping you track your responses and make embodied choices.

Anchor – Regulation & Resourcing

This pillar is about finding safety and support within. We cultivate somatic anchors and build nervous system capacity, so you can return to groundedness, even in uncertainty or growth.

🌵 Thorns – Challenges & Protective Patterns

Thorns show us where we’re protecting something tender. Here, we gently meet resistance, self-sabotage, or burnout — not as blocks, but as signals from the body asking for attention, care, and integration.
